We can ship to physical United States addresses only. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations. Please Email us at email@example.com if you have any questions on RUSH or International Shipping options.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items, product weight, destination, and the shipping speed you choose. We ship most items via UPS. A valid physical address is required.
Our policy is valid for 14 days after you receive your order. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a return or exchange. No refunds will be given.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Examples of Non-returnable items:
- Some feed and supplement items
- Sale items
- Any item that has been opened/unsealed/used in any way.
Please contact us to request a return or exchange. We will let you know if your item is approved to return to us. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Customer is responsible for return shipping cost.
